Registration Info and Policies
  • For mail-in registration, please don't print this page, rather, click here for the registration form and print.
  • At checkout you will be asked for a mailing address; the only thing we'll be sending out is program updates and postcards!
  • Pre-Registration is required for all programs and is complete when payment is received.  If you fill out the online registration form without making payment we won’t receive the information.
  • FAC is unable to accommodate make-up classes or refunds for missed classes or programs.  We can extend 1 make-up class per session for each music class enrolled in.
  • Registrations are honored in the order they are received, so please, sign up early! Online registrations occur automatically and faster than mailed-in registrations!
  • All online registrants will receive an email confirmation from FAC and from Paypal.
  • FAC reserves the right to cancel and reimburse fees for under-enrolled programs and cannot refund program fees for any other reason.
  • Any applicable discounts should be noted in the notes field at check out; we’ll issue the discount as a refund once programs have begun.  Discounts cannot be applied in combination with other promotions.
  • FAC reserves the right to publish photographs taken of enrolled students and event participants unless otherwise specified.
  • In case of inclement weather emergencies, please call FAC for possible closings.  We will reschedule classes and communicate this to you at your next regular class.
