TWO WAYS TO REGISTER

Online
On the far left menu, click on either kids programs or adult programs and then on to the page/s of interest.  Next to the information about each program, throughout the website, there are turquoise “Register Now!” links.  Click on the one you want and the system will prompt your through registration - it's quick and convenient! Your registration is automatic and you will receive an email confirmation for your purchase. If you happen to have a PayPal account the system will prompt you to use it. Mention any applicable discounts in notes field of the online registration form and receive your discount via credit refund once programs have begun.

Mail-in
We suggest that you use our easy online registration process but, if mailing in a check is easier for you then please, download this registration form, print it, and mail it in with payment made out to Fairmount Art Center.

 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  • Pre-Registration is required for all programs and is complete when payment is received. If you fill out the online registration form without making payment we won’t receive the information.
  • FAC is unable to accommodate make-up classes or refunds for missed classes or programs.  We can extend 1 make-up class per session for each music class enrolled in.
  • Registrations are honored in the order they are received, so please, sign up early! Online registrations occur automatically and are faster than mailed-in registrations!
  • No confirmations will be sent for mail-in registrations exept for week-long summer camps.
  • FAC reserves the right to cancel and reimburse fees for under-enrolled programs and cannot refund program fees for any other reason.
  • Discounts cannot be applied in combination with other offers and promotions.
  • FAC reserves the right to publish any photographs taken of enrolled students and families unless otherwise specified.
  • In case of inclement weather emergencies, please call FAC for possible closings.  We will reschedule classes and communicate this to you at your next regular class.
